Brahma to be New Chief Election Commissioner

New Delhi, Jan 15 (IANS) Harishankar Brahma would be the new chief election commissioner, an official release said Thursday.

He will assume office Friday (Jan 16) as incumbent V.S Sampath retires Thursday.
