Advocate HC Arora of Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued a legal notice to the Haryana government seeking the cancellation of the parole of Ram Rahim. Gurmeet Ram Rahim, who is serving a sentence in the murder and harrasment abuse case of sadhvis, was given parole some time back.
While issuing the legal notice, Advocate HC Arora said that Ram Rahim is guilty of very serious offenses and that the benefit of parole should not be given to such an offender. Arora has demanded the Haryana government to immediately cancel the parole of Ram Rahim in a legal notice. Arora said in the notice that such an offender should not be allowed to publicize himself.
