This system is expected to bring light to moderate rain, with heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places, to Gujarat, Saurashtra, and Kutch regions. The IMD has forecast heavy rain and thunderstorms, accompanied by strong winds, across the Gujarat region starting November 1st for the next few days.

Saurashtra and Kutch are expected to be among the worst-affected areas, with heavy rainfall possible. The rain is likely to spread across Gujarat, and thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and strong winds are likely to continue until at least November 2nd.

Alert for Northeast India

The IMD has forecast light to moderate rain and thundershowers over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Meghalaya, extending to Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura by November 1.
