The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew 23% to ₹6,807 crore from ₹5,550 crore a year earlier.

The performance highlights the contribution of the company’s expanding port network and its logistics and marine businesses.

For the first half of FY27, covering April to September 2026, APSEZ reported consolidated revenue of ₹22,161 crore, marking a 21% increase from ₹18,294 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Profit after tax rose 14% year-on-year to ₹7,332 crore, compared with ₹6,431 crore in the first half of FY26. EBITDA increased 21% to ₹13,347 crore.

The strong first-half performance supported the company’s decision to revise its financial targets for the full financial year.

Company Raises FY27 Revenue and EBITDA Guidance

Following its strong Q2 and first-half results, Adani Ports increased its FY27 revenue guidance by ₹1,000 crore to a range of ₹44,000 crore to ₹46,000 crore.

The company also raised its EBITDA guidance by ₹1,000 crore to ₹26,000 crore–₹27,000 crore.

In addition, APSEZ increased its FY27 capital expenditure guidance by ₹3,000 crore to ₹15,000 crore–₹17,000 crore as it accelerates investment towards its Ambition 2031 goals.

The revised guidance signals continued investment in port capacity, international operations, logistics infrastructure and marine services.

Domestic and International Ports Drive Growth

Domestic ports continued to provide a significant contribution to APSEZ’s financial performance. Revenue from domestic ports increased 13% year-on-year to ₹7,177 crore, while the EBITDA margin stood at 72.5%.

International ports delivered faster growth, with revenue surging 71% year-on-year to ₹1,839 crore. EBITDA from international ports rose to ₹878 crore, while the EBITDA margin reached 47.7%.

The results underline the growing contribution of the company’s international portfolio alongside its established domestic operations.

Logistics and Marine Businesses Expand

APSEZ’s logistics business recorded 21% year-on-year revenue growth, supported by the expansion of its integrated transport network.

Revenue from the marine business rose 57%, reflecting fleet expansion and increased contributions from offshore and subsea services.

The performance across these businesses supports APSEZ’s strategy of developing an integrated transport and logistics platform rather than relying solely on port operations.

CEO Ashwani Gupta Comments on Q2 FY27 Results

Ashwani Gupta, Whole-time Director and CEO of Adani Ports, described the September quarter as a strong period for the company. He highlighted the role of domestic ports in supporting earnings and the increasing contribution of international ports, logistics and marine operations.

Gupta also said the company was raising its FY27 revenue, EBITDA and capital expenditure guidance in response to its strong first-half performance.

He noted that APSEZ had incurred capital expenditure of ₹30,346 crore over the past two years while maintaining a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 1.8 times.

The company said its balance sheet remained robust as it continued investing towards its Ambition 2031 objectives.
