Congress Vs BJP: Amit Shah told the achievements of NDA, saying- this is the golden period of public service, Congress raised questions

Posted on 9th Jun 2025 01:43 pm by rohit kumar

On the completion of 11 years of the NDA government, Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday talked about the achievements. He said that the 11-year tenure of the Modi government was a golden period of resolve, effort, and dedication towards public service. At the same time, the Congress has raised questions about the 11-year tenure of the government and PM Modi.

India moved towards becoming self-reliant.

Home Minister Amit Shah said that the new India is moving rapidly towards development and self-reliance with the power of reform, performance, and change. The journey to make India number one in every field by bringing positive change in the lives of the countrymen will continue. The Union Home Minister wrote on X that the historic 11 years of the Modi government have been a golden period of resolve, effort, and dedication toward public service. The country has seen a new era of economic revival, social justice, cultural pride, and national security.

Amit Shah said that the Modi government has proved that when the leadership is clear, the resolve is strong and the intention is of public service, then new records of service, security, and good governance are made. When Prime Minister Modi took over the reins of the country in 2014, there was policy inaction in the country. There was no policy, and no leadership in the government. Scams were at their peak, the economy was in shambles and the governance system was directionless.

The Home Minister said that during 11 years of service, minimum government, and maximum governance have changed the pace and scale of the country's development. Prime Minister Narendra Modi brought farmers, women, backward, Dalits, and marginalized people to the center of governance and created a work culture of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas instead of appeasement.

A milestone in national security

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that 11 years of the Modi government have also proved to be a milestone in the direction of national security. Naxalism is in its last phase. Peace has been established in Jammu and Kashmir and the Northeast. India now responds to terrorist attacks by entering the homes of terrorists. This reflects the changing picture of India under the Modi government.

Congress targets PM Modi.

Congress raised questions about PM Modi's press conference on the completion of 11 years of the central government. Congress asked why PM Modi does not hold a press conference without any prior preparation. Why is he still running or is it taking time to prepare questions and answers and find suitable persons to ask him questions in a flattering manner? Congress General Secretary (Communication In-charge) Jairam Ramesh said that the party has challenged the Prime Minister to hold a press conference without a script for the first time on the completion of 11 years of the government.

Ramesh said on X that why is the Prime Minister still running? Or is it taking time to prepare questions and answers and find suitable persons to ask him questions in a flattering manner? Or is Bharat Mandapam not fully prepared? Jairam Ramesh said that leaders around the world hold independent press conferences from time to time, but we have not held any press conference for 11 years.
