According to Navarro, Europe, India, Brazil and other countries do not have enough PPE because 'China is hoarding it'. The official said, "China is not only hoarding it but also selling it at high prices. They are shamelessly selling it back to the world at exorbitant prices. '

 

Navarro said that such things should be investigated. He also said that it is not right for any country, which claims to be part of the international system, to behave in this manner.
