Maharashtra is suffering from the havoc of the corona virus. Corona cases are becoming an incomprehensible puzzle, as there are sometimes no symptoms. The analysis of experts after more than 2 thousand corona patients and 160 deaths has revealed shocking facts. Experts have prepared a dossier on virus attacks and rising deaths. The result is confusing Corona's puzzle in Maharashtra.
It is now a unanimous fact that 85 to 90 percent of corona patients show mild symptoms such as fever and cold and trouble in breathing. The Public Health Department is also concerned that the death rate of corona in Maharashtra is 6.85 percent, which is the highest in the country. The dossier attempts to include all symptoms of corona. If the virus remains dormant in 85–90 percent of patients, its symptoms are not easily detected in the rest. On the other hand, his health changes rapidly.
Hours before death, many patients were normal
Dr Subhash Salunkhe, technical advisor to the state chief secretary, says, "There have been many such cases in Pune when patients were seen laughing and talking normally for hours before death." On Monday, the video conferencing of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Chief Secretary, Medical Chiefs and doctors discussed the aspect of treatment including cases of deaths.
'90% oxygen saturation still dies'
Another officer said, 'The need for a meeting was felt because we have to fight Corona firmly with our treatment plan. It is also a fact that a stable patient suffering from corona, whose oxygen saturation is more than 90 percent, suddenly succumbs to oxygen deficiency. It has also been found that cases of COVID-19 are of a different nature from routine ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome) that need ventilators.
Swelling was seen in the heart tissues of 6 dead.
ARDS or respiratory tract failure can be caused by many bacteria or viruses. But there is only one reason for corona cases. This is why corona patients need ventilators. Doctors have also noted weak heart and kidney function in such cases. According to Dossier, autopsy of six patients showed swelling of heart tissues.
Corona possible from mother to child born in the womb?
Can a pregnant mother cause coronation of a child? According to the new guidelines of the ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research), several cases suggest that the corona virus SARS-Cov-2, which is caused by COVID-19, can cause infection from a pregnant mother to a child. However, it has also been said that the ratio of which pregnant women can be affected is yet to be known.
Last month, Chinese researchers in the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) referred to three cases of Wuhan in which a child born to a corona-positive mother also had a corona infection. However, the WHO maintains that nothing can be said about the infection of a pregnant woman suffering from corona in her unborn child.
