Mobilization on marriage can be punished

There will also be a ban on the sale of alcohol, gutkha and tobacco products and spitting after eating them. If one gathers a crowd or conducts religious ceremonies, then one year sentence can be given and if there is loss of life in these ceremonies, then it can be punished for two years.

A private vehicle can be used to carry emergency or medical or veterinary care related or essential goods, but the driver in a four wheeler and a person in the back seat, while in a two wheeler, only the driver will be allowed to go. He will be able to use the car while going to work and returning from there.

 

Action will be taken if rules are not followed in quarantine

Those who have been asked by medical authorities to stay in quarantine at homes or elsewhere will strictly follow it. Those who do not will be prosecuted under Section 188 of the IPC.

 

Guidelines regarding work place

 

All institutions must provide thermal screening and sanitization of employees.

It will be necessary to give one hour gap during shift shift. Lunch time will also have to be kept separately so that during this time, special attention is also given to social distancing.

Employees older than 65 years or who have children below 5 years of age may be encouraged to do household chores.

All employees in the private and government sector have to promote the use of the Arogya Setu app.

Meetings will not be held on a large scale in the institute or office. There will be a ban on 5 or more people joining together in any institution. Do not let more than two people go in the lift at one time.

It will be mandatory for people in the manufacturing sector to wash hands frequently and clean the common area. They will also have to train on hygiene.

All institutions should get the office or campus sanitized at the end of the shift. Office building, entry gate, cafeteria and sanitation of canteen, cabins, conference hall, verandas, elevators, washrooms and equipment.

Transport should be arranged for workers and workers coming from outside and only 30-40 percent of the people are seated in the car from the capacity.

Medical insurance will be mandatory for all.
