On the cybercrime portal, people can report the cybercrime that happened to them, and raise their voices against the crime. In today's news, we are going to tell you the complete process of making a complaint through this portal.

 

How to report cybercrime online

 

To register a cybercrime complaint, you have to first go to the cybercrime portal.

 

Then scroll down on the home page and go down. Here you will see a box.

In the box, you will see 2 options Learn About Cyber ​​Crime and File a Complaint. From this, click on File a Complaint.

 

After that click on I accept.

 

After doing this a new window will open in front of you.

 

 In this, click on the button to Report Other Cybercrime.

 

If you have not already registered on the portal then tap on Click Here for New User.

 

Enter all the details being asked here like state, email id, mobile number, etc.

 

After this, enter the OTP on the number and click on submit.

 

After this, you will be asked to fill in all the information in the form.

 

The form will have 4 parts. In this, enter the details of the incident, suspect details, and complaint details. Fill in all the things asked in the Incidents Detail i.e. detail section of the incident.

 

After that click on save and next.

 

Similarly, fill in all the details and finally click on Confirm and Submit buttons.

 

After the complaint is registered, you can also download the PDF file of the complaint.

 

How to track complaint status

 

 

If you want to track your complaint then click on Track your complaint option given on the home page. After this, fill in the requested details and submit. Now you will be able to see what is the status of your complaint.
