Just as the rivers of Guyana are part of the cultural identity of the people here, similarly the great rivers of India like Ganga, Yamuna, and Brahmaputra have been the birthplace of our ancient civilization. There are many such examples of similarities between India and Guyana, which further deepen our historical relations.
