Rohtak's Deepak Hooda, playing for Lucknow Supergiants in IPL 2022, was instrumental in the team's victory over CSK. At a time when the team needed 46 runs in three overs. In such a situation, Deepak hit a six on the very first ball of the 18th over and made the need 40 runs in 17 balls. This reduced the pressure on the team and in the end, the team registered victory. Deepak scored 13 runs in eight balls. Which was important in times of pressure.

Couldn't do wonders in bowling

In the match, Deepak could not do anything special in bowling. Got a chance to bowl against CSK in the 13th over. However, he gave away 12 runs in his first over itself. In such a situation, the captain of the team KL Rahul allowed Deepak to bowl only one over. By the way, all the bowlers of LSG proved to be a failure in front of CSK in the match. In the last match, he played a blistering inning of 55 runs in 41 balls against the Gujarat Titans team. Although his team still lost this match.

Here is the career

Deepak has become a shining star not only of IPL but also of the Indian cricket team. Playing Ranji for Vadodara based on his all-rounder performance, he has become a part of Lucknow Supergiants this time playing for various IPL teams. He has done well in the previous seasons of IPL for Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad. At the same time, for the main team of India, he has so far taken one wicket by scoring 55 runs in two international matches. He has scored 21 runs in three T20 matches.

Recognized as a batting all-rounder

Deepak has become recognized as a better batting all-rounder. He has also taken the team to a respectable score by batting well in the last order several times for Team India. At the same time, he has proved economical in bowling as well.
