The air quality in the national capital Delhi and the entire NCR has once again reached the severe category. Keeping this in mind, Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai has called a review meeting with the officials of the department and DPCC on Thursday.

Will discuss grape rules

Giving information about Gopal Rai's review meeting, news agency ANI said that Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai will hold a review meeting with the Environment Department and DPCC officials at the Delhi Secretariat today i.e. on Thursday afternoon. During the meeting, it will be reviewed whether the grape rules are being strictly implemented or not.

Will consider odd-even

While talking to the news agency on Wednesday, he said that the wind speed may increase after 2-3 days. So hopefully the situation will improve. We are still monitoring the situation. On Thursday we will sit with scientists and departments. If the AQI goes into the 'severe plus' category, the government will consider stricter measures like odd-even and artificial rainfall.
