
There is good news for the students who could not take admission in class 10th-12th under the nonplan admission of the Delhi government. The Directorate of Education is going to give such students a chance to apply for admission. The admission window for this will open from July 8. Interested students can apply till the 19th of July.
Admission will be through Common Admission Test (CAT). The test will be conducted on July 25. For admission in 12th, it is necessary to have 55 percent marks for taking mathematics with science stream, 50 percent marks for taking mathematics with commerce, and 10th for humanities.
Under non-planning in government schools, those children are admitted who want to take admitted from another school. The registration process for non-plan admission was earlier started on April 25. Many students could not apply under this process. Many parents were pleading for admission to the Directorate of Education. In such a situation, it has been decided in this regard that one chance will be given to all such students who could not apply earlier.
Multiple choice questions will be asked in the entrance exam
After this, the directorate issued the schedule and guidelines for non-plan admission. Under this process, the admit card for the test can be obtained from July 22 from the respective school for which you are applying. After the test is conducted on July 25 from 10 am till 12 noon, the result will be released on July 27. The entrance test of two hours will be based on multiple-choice questions. The question paper booklet for class 10 will have questions of 20 marks each from five subjects English, Hindi, Science, Social Science, and Mathematics. Whereas the question booklet of class 12 will be stream-based, with questions of 25-25 marks according to the stream.
