New Delhi: In the capital of Delhi, the cases of corona infection are constantly increasing. Today, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal held a press conference on the health system and told us that during the last 24 hours, there have been about 24 thousand corona infection cases in Delhi. Never before have there been so many cases of infection in a day. CM Arvind Kejriwal said that there is also a shortage of oxygen and Remedesivir medicine here.

CM Kejriwal said that we will not allow a shortage of beds in Delhi. He said that what will be the peak of Corona in this wave is not known. He also said that efforts are on to increase oxygen beds. Kejriwal also informed the Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan about the conversation that took place during the meeting today. He said that I have given suggestions to increase beds. He also said that I also informed the Health Minister about the lack of oxygen in Delhi. CM said that he has appealed to supply oxygen immediately in Delhi. He also spoke about giving information about the shortage of Remedesvir.

CM Kejriwal said, "We have been closely monitoring the situation for the last few days. If the situation turns bad, we will take whatever steps are required to save the lives of the people."

Strict action will be taken if the report is not given in 24 hours

Arvind Kejriwal said that we are receiving such complaints that some labs are taking two to three days to report Corona. He said that the reason is that these labs are taking samples more than their capacity. Strict action will be taken against labs that do not report within 24 hours.

Help has always been received from the center

Arvind Kejriwal said, "We have always received help from the central government during the battle of Corona. We are also hopeful that this time we will get all the help from the center." He also said that due to the lack of medicines, there is black marketing of medicines that are lacking. Therefore, the authorities have been given strict instructions regarding this.

Weekend curfew

Because of the increasing cases of Corona, the Kejriwal government has imposed a weekend curfew in Delhi. The curfew, which started at 10 pm on Friday, will end at five in the morning on 19 April (Monday). Along with this, gyms, auditoriums, malls, spas, amusement parks, and gathering rooms in the capital will remain closed till 30 April.
