Delhi Jama Masjid Survey: Hindu organizations claimed on Delhi's Jama Masjid, said- will go to court to conduct the survey

Some other Hindu organizations, including the Hindu Mahasabha and the United Hindu Front, have claimed their rights to the Jama Masjid in Old Delhi by claiming it to be built on the temple. Not only this, but Hindu organizations are also preparing to go to the court demanding a survey of Jama Masjid like Gyanvapi.

 

In support of his demand, Chakrapani Maharaj, president of the second faction of the All India Hindu Mahasabha, said that Aurangzeb built this mosque by suppressing the idols of hundreds of thousands of gods and goddesses under the Jama Masjid in Delhi. Let us tell here that history says that Delhi's Jama Masjid was built by Shah Jahan.

Chakrapani Maharaj has even said that he will also approach the court regarding this issue. Similarly, United Hindu Front International Working President Jai Bhagwan Goel has claimed that there were earlier temples under the temple. The idols of the deities have been suppressed during the construction of the temple. It should be surveyed.

 

Significantly, Jama Masjid is a famous mosque located in the capital of the country, Delhi. It is said that it was built in the year 1656. This mosque is made of red stones and marble. Jama Masjid, located just 500 meters from the Red Fort, is the largest mosque in the country. The construction of this mosque was started by Shah Jahan in 1650. It is said that the construction of this mosque took 6 years and it cost 10 lakh rupees. Presently this amount is in crores.

 

Let us tell here that every year thousands of pilgrims come here to offer special prayers in the morning on the holy occasion of Eid in the Masjid-e Jahan-Numa i.e. Jama Masjid built in Delhi. The Jama Masjid complex has a capacity of about twenty-five thousand people, however, due to Corona for the last 2 years, the crowd that used to gather earlier does not gather.

 

Significantly, Jama Masjid is spread over an area of ​​1200 square meters. It has three entrances, four minarets and two minarets which are forty meters high. Jama Masjid is located in the part of Delhi named Chandni Chowk. It is surrounded by beautiful Mughal structures.
