The minimum temperature of Delhi was recorded at 4.9 degrees Celsius on Friday morning, which is the lowest temperature recorded so far this season. This is 4 degrees less than normal.
At 8.30 am today, visibility in Safdarjung and Palam was measured at 800 meters, which is more than in the last few days.
Weather will change after 18
After 18, the cold will increase rapidly in the national capital. The minimum temperature will come down to five degrees. There is also a possibility of rain after the 21st and before Christmas.
According to Skymet Weather, winter may take hold in the third and fourth weeks of the month. On the other hand, due to some further drop in the minimum temperature, Thursday morning was recorded as the coldest ever in Delhi.

The maximum temperature was 24.1 degrees Celsius, which is one degree above normal. The humidity level in the air ranged from 100 to 35 percent.
Mungeshpur was the coldest area in terms of the lowest minimum temperature at 6.0 degrees while Palam and Mayur Vihar were the coldest areas in terms of the lowest maximum temperature at 21.9 degrees.
The weather department estimates that there will be fog on Friday morning. The day will be partly cloudy. The maximum temperature can be 24 and the minimum can be six degrees Celsius.
More or less, similar weather will continue throughout the week. After morning the coolness of the day will gradually increase.
