The BJP has a total of 106 MLAs, while Eknath Shinde has also claimed the support of 49 members, including rebels and independents of Shiv Sena.

According to BJP sources, there could be a total of 28 ministers from the BJP camp, including senior leaders including Ashish Shelar, Sudhir Mungantiwar, and Chandrakant Patil. Apart from this, 13 ministerial posts can go to Eknath Shinde Camp. Of these, 8 cabinet ministers can be made. Apart from this, 5 people can be given the post of Minister of State.
