The Kerala Police on Thursday registered a case against 400 people, including Church of South India (CSI) Bishop Dharmaraja Rasalam of South Kerala. The case has been registered last month at the hill station Munnar in the Idukki district on charges of breaking the Covid-19 protocol at a religious function.
