Apart from UAE, these two countries can now have remaining matches of IPL 2021, claims in reports

After the postponement of IPL 2021, the question in the mind of all cricket fans is when and where the remaining matches of the tournament will be played. According to reports, the BCCI is considering getting the remaining matches done before the T20 World Cup to be held in India this year. Given the terrible state of Corona in India, there is very little chance of the tournament being played in the country. The UAE is currently being touted as the safest option, which has also been retained as the backup venue for the T20 World Cup. However, according to several media reports, the remaining matches of IPL 2021 can also be shifted to England or Australia.

According to the 'Times of India news, apart from UAE, the remaining matches of the 14th season of the Indian Premier League can be played in England and Australia. The BCCI source, while interacting with the Times of India, said, "It should be played overseas." Some suggestions have already been received. The BCCI only needs to consider that. The IPL 2020 was also held in the UAE and there was no break in the bio-bubble environment. Because of the increasing cases of Corona in India, the ICC will decide in July whether the T20 World Cup will be played in India or not. There is a greater chance of it being in the UAE. In such a situation, the IPL match before the World Cup can be on the wall.

England also seems to be a good option for getting the remaining matches of the IPL. In the UAE, there is a lot of heat during September, so England can also be focused. Next month, the Indian team will leave for England, where the team is to play the final of the World Test Championship. After that, the Indian team will play a 5-match Test series against England. The source said while talking, 'The weather will be very good for cricket. This broadcaster will also like it because time can be adjusted and foreign players will also prefer to travel to England instead of India.

IPL can also be shifted to Australia, but there is very little chance of it. If Corona's havoc continues like this, then BCCI Cricket could host Australia to host the T20 World Cup this year and get the World Cup in India next year. If Cricket Australia agrees to this, then the remaining matches of the IPL can be held in Australia before the World Cup. This can also provide a good opportunity for Indian players to prepare.
