For the fourth consecutive day when more patients recovered from the new case, the active case decreased by 28649; 55.62 lakhs infected so far

The biggest relief came on Monday in the Corona case in the country. More than one lakh patients were cured in a single day. 74 thousand new cases came, while a record 96 thousand 856 cases came five days ago. On Monday, 74 thousand 493 cases came, 1 lakh 2 thousand 70 patients were cured. This reduced the number of patients undergoing treatment by 28 thousand 649. There were 10 lakh 4 thousand 272 active cases in the country on Sunday, which decreased to 9 lakh 75 thousand 623 on Monday.

 

The death toll crosses 88 thousand

 

The number of people who lost their lives due to infection in the country has crossed 88 thousand. Within the last 24 hours, 1 thousand 56 infected people died. So far 88 thousand 965 people have died. These figures are according to covid19india.org.

 

Corona updates

 

On Monday, 14 states recovered more than new ones. These include Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Bihar, Kerala, Jammu and Kashmir, Puducherry, Tripura, Dadra-Nagar Haveli, and Mizoram.

 

On Monday, 159 policemen in Maharashtra were found corona infected, five died. So far, 21 thousand 311 policemen have been infected in the state, while 222 policemen have died.

 

Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain said on Monday that about 1 thousand ICU beds are available in the state. Efforts are being made to increase its number continuously.

 

The Center has approved vehicles carrying oxygen cylinders to travel without permits. Such trains will no longer need to obtain permits. This decision has been taken because of increasing cases of corona and increasing demand for oxygen cylinders in the states. This exemption will continue till 31 March 2021.

 

81% of patients cured in 12 states

 

There are 12 states where the rate of cured patients is more than 81%. Of these, the recovery rate in Andaman-Nicobar, Dadra-Nagar Haveli, and Bihar is more than 90%. To date, 43.95 lakh patients have been cured and recovery has reached 80.12%.

 

State of five states

 

1. Madhya Pradesh

 

On Monday, 2523 new patients were found in the state. 2244 infected were cured, while 37 succumbed. So far, 1 lakh 8 thousand 167 have been found infected. Of these 83 thousand 618 people have been cured, while 22 thousand 542 patients are still under treatment. 2007 patients have died due to infection.

 

2. Rajasthan

 

There were 1,892 new cases in the state within the last 24 hours. 1,815 people recovered and 16 patients died. So far, 1 lakh 16 thousand 881 people have been infected. It is a matter of relief that 97 thousand 284 people have been cured in these, while 18 thousand 245 patients are still under treatment. 1,352 people have died due to infection.

 

3. Bihar

 

On Monday, the number of cured people in the state increased. In the last 24 hours, 1,314 new cases increased, while 1,381 people were cured. 6 infected died. So far, 1 lakh 69 thousand 856 people have been infected. It is a matter of relief that 1 lakh 55 thousand 824 people have been cured in these, while 13 thousand 161 patients are still being treated. So far 870 people have died due to infection.

 

4. Maharashtra

 

In Maharashtra, there was a record of recovery of patients on Monday. While 15 thousand 738 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, a record 32 thousand 7 people were discharged from the hospital. So far this is the highest number of people who recover in a day. So far, 12 lakh 24 thousand 380 people have been infected in the state. Of these, 9 lakh 16 thousand 348 people have been cured, while 2 lakh 74 thousand 623 patients are still being treated. So far 33 thousand 15 people have died due to infection.

 

5. Uttar Pradesh

 

The state saw 4,618 new cases on Monday. The good thing is that about two thousand more than the new case i.e. 6,320 patients were discharged after recovering. So far, 3 lakh 58 thousand 893 people have been caught in the infection. Of these, 2 lakh 89 thousand 594 people have been cured, while 64 thousand 164 patients are still under treatment. So far 5,135 patients have died due to infection.
