The parking system on the Delhi Metro will remain closed till September 11 for the G-20 summit. With this, the operation of the metro will start from 4 am from 8 to 10 September. Metro trains will be available on all lines at an interval of 30 minutes from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. After 6 p.m., the Metro will run on all lines as per the normal timetable throughout the day. All the metro stations will be open to the general public on all three days. Due to security reasons, passengers will not be allowed to board and disembark only at the Supreme Court Metro station on September 9 and 10.
On the instructions of security agencies, entry and exit at some metro stations in the New Delhi district may be restricted for a limited period. Its prior information will be given to the passengers. Parking at Supreme Court, Patel Chowk, and Ram Krishna Ashram Marg metro stations will remain closed from 4 a.m. on September 8 to 12 noon on September 11. Parking will be available as usual at all other metro stations.
