The report states that the arrests of Hadid and McCarthy were made based on cannabis and paraphernalia found. He was then taken to the Prisoner Detention Centre, where he was released on bail.

Hadid and her friend were formally charged during a court appearance on July 12, according to Cayman Marl Road. where they pleaded guilty and were fined US$1,000. There are no other charges against him at the moment.
