Paytm Payment Gateway (Paytm PG) users can now avail of 'book, pay later on IRCTC ticketing service with the launch of Paytm Postpaid on the platform. That is, Paytm postpaid users will be able to book their tickets through IRCTC by opting to pay the amount later. This facility can prove to be a boon for hundreds of people as users will be able to book train tickets without paying tatkal.
The company said that users have increasingly adopted the facility of Buy Now, Pay Later as it meets their financial needs whether it is booking tickets, paying bills, or shopping. Users can avail of this facility for a wide range of products and services at retail shops and websites.
Interest-free credit up to ₹60000 for 30 days
Paytm Postpaid offers interest-free credit of up to ₹60000 for a tenure of up to 30 days and users are provided with a monthly bill to keep track of all their credit-driven expenses. Users can pay the full amount at the end of the billing cycle or convert their bill into EMI for convenient payment.

Paytm Postpaid (BNPL) will now be available for users who want to book train tickets through IRCTC. Through the partnership with IRCTC, Paytm PG hopes to offer users seamless and secure digital payments with the option to pay later for tatkal ticket bookings."
How to use Paytm Postpaid (BNPL) for IRCTC ticket booking:
1) Go to IRCTC, finalize your travel details and select 'Pay Later' in the payment section
2) Click on Paytm Postpaid
3) Login using Paytm credentials, enter OTP and that's it!
