'Gujarat will become Khalistan...', more than 30 schools in Ahmedabad and Vadodara received email threats

On Monday morning, more than 30 schools in Gujarat received threats via email, threatening to bomb these schools. Upon receiving information, police teams, along with bomb disposal and search squads, immediately arrived at the scene.

DAV International School in Makarba, Ahmedabad, Asia School in Vastrapur, and A-One School in the Satellite area received the threatening emails. Nirma University also received a similar threat, which read, "We will turn Gujarat into Khalistan, and there will be an explosion in the school."

These Vadodara schools received threats

Famous DR Amin, Urmi, and Nalanda schools in Vadodara received similar email threats. Furthermore, Baroda High School in Bagikhana, Navyug School, Jeevan Sadhna School, AWS in Dabhoi, and Shanan School in Khodiyarnagar also received threats.

An investigation has begun.

As soon as the school administration learned of the threatening email, they immediately informed the police, and a police team, along with a fire brigade, arrived at the scene. Bomb disposal squads and search teams inspected the schools and evacuated them. As a precaution, school administrators in Vadodara immediately sent the children home. The Urmi School hostel was also evacuated.
