Akhilesh said, "This is very painful... May the families whose members have lost their lives get the strength to bear the grief. The accident that has happened is the negligence of the government. The government is responsible for the lives lost due to this negligence."

Akhilesh questioned the state's health system and said that even if someone reached the hospital after the accident, they could not get adequate treatment.
