Hathras: victim's sister complains of cough, family refuses to undergo corona test

The victims of the Hathras incident have refused to conduct an investigation into Covid on Friday. Petition to hold the victim family of Hathras scandal dismissed

The Allahabad High Court has dismissed the plea filed by the administration for illegally holding the victim's family of hostages. Refusing to interfere with the habeas corpus petition filed seeking permission to allow the victims' families to move freely or to join the people, the court said that the case is being heard in the Supreme Court.

On September 14, a 19-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly raped in the Chandra area of ​​Hathras district. His tongue was also cut off due to strangulation during the incident. The girl was earlier admitted to the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Hospital in Aligarh. She was later rushed to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi where she died on 28 September. The victim was cremated the night after her death. The family alleged that we were not allowed to see our baby girl at the last minute and the administration conducted the last rites at 2.30 pm under police guard. After this, the demonstration started in place.
