According to IMD, moderate to heavy rain and lightning are likely over Tamil Nadu, Puchuderry, Karaikal, Kerala, and Mahe between November 3 and 7. Parts 3 and 4 of Tamil Nadu and South Kerala will receive very heavy rains.
The Western Disturbance is going to affect the Western Himalayan region. Its effect will be most visible on November 4 and 5. Due to this, moderate rain with snowfall may occur over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and Himachal Pradesh on November 5 to 7, and in Uttarakhand on November 6 and 7. At the same time, Punjab will see moderate rains on November 5 to 7. Heavy rain and snowfall are going to occur in the Kashmir Valley on November 6. Due to this, there is a possibility of a further increase in the cold in the hilly areas.
