Hamilton, March 10 (IANS) India earned their fifth consecutive win of the World Cup when they defeated Ireland by eight wickets in a Pool B encounter at the Seddon Park here on Tuesday.

Chasing 250, India achieved the target in only 36.5 overs with Shikhar Dhawan scoring a match-winning century.
