Infinix 180W Thunder Charge Smartphone: Infinix has launched its 180W Thunder Charge technology. Infinix will make Thunder Charge technology available with the upcoming flagship phone, which is set to launch later this year. The company's new charging technology can charge a 4,500mAh battery up to 50 percent in just 4 minutes. It is going to take only 8 minutes for a full charge. Let us tell you, Infinix announced 160W Ultra Fast Charging technology as a concept model last year. However, 180W Thunder Charge will be available to users later this year.
It is going to offer two types of charging modes. A Furious Mode, which was also provided with the Infinix Note 12 VIP. This mode can charge at maximum speed. Apart from this, a normal mode will also be given in it, which will not only charge at high speed but will also keep the temperature working.
4,500mAh battery will be fully charged instantly
Infinix has developed a new 8C battery cell with the world's leading battery manufacturers, which is the highest charging rate rechargeable lithium battery in the industry today. For example, to reach a full charge in less time, the company is going to use two 8C-rated batteries to get a combined capacity of 4,500mAh. Each battery can be charged at 90W. In terms of safety, it will be ensured that the temperature inside the car remains low while charging.
The phone will not heat when it is fully charged
Three parallel charge pumps with a charging conversion efficiency of 99% charge two batteries, preventing overload and overheating. Apart from this, 111 software and hardware security protection mechanisms are being provided to protect the smartphone, charger, and charging cable in the charging technology. 20 sensors have been given, which see the temperature of key components like a USB port, charging chips, battery, etc. The charging technology ensures that the temperature never exceeds 43°C. It does not allow the battery to deteriorate. An encryption chip will be used in the Thunder Charge, which will test and verify the cable whether can handle the load. Also, Thunder Charge can be used to power other devices with capped speeds of 60W or 100W.
