Israel Hamas War Israel has declared war after the Hamas attack. The conflict is still going on in Israel, while the Israeli Air Force is carrying out rapid attacks in the Gaza Strip under the control of Hamas.

More than 900 Israelis have died in the Hamas attack, while 600 Hamas terrorists have been killed by the Israeli army.

The reason is Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Hamas (Israel Hamas Conflict) officials said that this attack took place due to the ongoing tension at Al-Aqsa Mosque. Earlier in the year 2021, a war was fought between Israel and Hamas for 11 days. Let us tell you that in the religion of Islam, Al Aqsa is considered the third holiest place after Mecca and Medina. There is a dispute between Israel and Palestine regarding this.

The Al-Aqsa Mosque is holy to both Muslims and Jews. Jews call this place Temple Mount. Violence has happened at this place before also. Hamas has accused Jews of violating the status quo agreement.

What does the declaration of war mean?

After the declaration of war, Israel is now taking military action against Hamas. Israel has previously launched large-scale military operations in Lebanon and Gaza but has not formally announced them. But now after the declaration of war, it is openly taking action in Gaza.

Who supported Israel, and who was against it?

US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has ordered the Ford Carrier Strike Group to go to the eastern Mediterranean Sea to be ready to help Israel. This fleet includes many ships and warplanes. Germany and the European Union have also supported Israel. At the same time, Russia and China have said that Israel and Palestine should resolve the issue through dialogue. Iran has supported Hamas.

What is being done for the safety of citizens?

The UN said the number of Gaza-displaced people in schools (converted into shelters) had reached about 123,000. UNRWA, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, said schools and other civilian infrastructure sheltering displaced families should never be attacked.
