The Indian stock market witnessed two mainboard IPO listings on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, as BLS Polymers and SFC Environmental Technologies made their stock market debuts. While BLS Polymers delivered a strong listing gain of more than 65% on the NSE, SFC Environmental Technologies also started trading at a premium of around 7.6%.

BLS Polymers attracted particular attention because its listing-day premium was significantly higher than the 21.36% gain recorded by Jio Platforms during its stock market debut. The strong performance followed heavy investor demand during the IPO subscription period.

Here is a detailed look at the listing prices, premiums, and subscription figures of both companies.

BLS Polymers IPO Listing: Shares Jump 65.33% on NSE

BLS Polymers shares made a strong debut on the stock exchanges. The company had fixed its IPO price at ₹150 per share.

On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the stock opened at ₹244.10, representing a premium of ₹94.10 or 62.73% over the issue price.

On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), BLS Polymers shares debuted at ₹248, delivering a listing premium of 65.33%.

The company's strong debut also attracted comparisons with Jio Platforms. Jio Platforms had listed at ₹1,358 against its issue price of ₹1,119, delivering a gain of approximately 21.36%.

In percentage terms, BLS Polymers' NSE listing premium was more than three times Jio Platforms' debut gain.

SFC Environmental Technologies IPO Listing: Shares Gain 7.61%

SFC Environmental Technologies also made a positive debut on November 3.

The company had issued its shares at ₹330 apiece. On the BSE, the stock opened at ₹354.05, representing a premium of ₹24.05 or 7.29%.

On the NSE, shares started trading at ₹355.10, giving investors a listing premium of 7.61%.

Although its debut gain was considerably lower than BLS Polymers, SFC Environmental Technologies also entered the market above its IPO issue price.

BLS Polymers IPO Subscription: Issue Booked 241.22 Times

The strong listing of BLS Polymers followed an overwhelming response from investors during its public issue.

According to NSE data, the IPO was subscribed 241.22 times overall. Investors placed bids for approximately 287.05 crore shares against the 1.19 crore shares available in the offer.

The Non-Institutional Investor (NII) category recorded the highest demand, with its reserved portion subscribed 559.20 times.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category was subscribed 200.25 times, while the retail investor portion received bids 128.36 times the shares reserved for it.

The substantial demand across investor categories helped build expectations of a strong stock market debut.

SFC Environmental Technologies IPO Subscription: Issue Gets 9.47 Times Bids

SFC Environmental Technologies also received a positive response during its IPO subscription period.

According to NSE data, the issue was subscribed 9.47 times overall. Investors submitted bids for 13,41,33,255 shares against the 1,41,59,744 shares offered.

The IPO opened for subscription on October 27 and closed on October 29, 2026. The company had fixed its issue price at ₹330 per share.

Compared with BLS Polymers, SFC Environmental Technologies received a more moderate subscription response, which was reflected in the difference between their listing premiums.

What Do the Strong IPO Listings Mean for Investors?

The listing performances of BLS Polymers and SFC Environmental Technologies highlight the different levels of investor demand for the two public issues.

BLS Polymers attracted exceptionally high subscription demand and delivered a much larger listing premium. SFC Environmental Technologies, meanwhile, also rewarded successful IPO allottees with a positive debut.

However, listing gains represent the opening-market performance on a particular day and do not guarantee future returns. Share prices can change significantly after listing depending on market conditions, company performance and investor sentiment.

Investors should therefore assess a company's financial position, business outlook, valuation and risks rather than relying only on its IPO listing premium.
