Lenovo Legion Y70 Teaser: Lenovo has released the online teaser of its new phone Lenovo Legion Y70, in which it has been told about the design of the phone and some specifications of the handset. Lenovo has also announced that this smartphone will be launched in August. The design of the 50-megapixel triple rear camera module is also visible in the teaser image shared by the company. Also, the rear camera of Legion Y70 will have support for OIS and 8K video recording. According to the company, the Legion Y70 will be a very slim smartphone. The Chinese company has shared a teaser of the Lenovo Legion Y70 smartphone through the microblogging website Weibo.
Specifications of Lenovo Legion Y70
Volume rockers can also be seen on the right side of the smartphone. A metallic finish design can be found in Lenovo Legion Y70. For optics, it will be equipped with a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup with OIS and support for 8K video recording. There is also an LED flash in its camera module. More details and specifications of this new Lenovo handset are yet to be shared by the company, including plans to launch the smartphone in other markets including India.
According to a recent report, a Lenovo gaming smartphone called Legion Halo was spotted on benchmarking website Geekbench. Shortly thereafter, a tipster shared pictures and specifications of the smartphone online. However, the image of the Legion Halo showed the camera module and rear design to be similar to that of the Lenovo Legion Y70. It is not yet clear that both are the same smartphone.
The Lenovo Legion Halo gaming smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, paired with 16GB of RAM. However, the Geekbench listing showed the handset with 8GB of RAM. It is believed that it has an AMOLED display with full-HD + (1,080x2,400 pixels) resolution. According to the report, the Lenovo Legion Halo can also have 512GB of inbuilt storage.
