In the second test match being played between India and South Africa, Shardul Thakur has made a strong comeback for Team India on the strength of his superb bowling. On the second day at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg, he achieved his first breakthrough, breaking South Africa's strong second-wicket partnership. After this, he gave two more blows to South Africa and took three wickets in his name.

 

 

Shardul bowled his first over on the second day of the second Test. Earlier, he had bowled a ball in India's 18-over bowling on the first day after Siraj was injured. After this, he got a chance to bowl the first over in the 37th over after 19 overs on the second day and from here he demolished South Africa's top order. He first broke the 74-run second-wicket partnership between Elgar and Pietersen. After this Pietersen was run on the score of 62 runs. Shardul did not stop here and made Rasi van der Dussen his third victim on the score of just one run.

 

 

Shardul bowled 4.5 overs till lunch on the second day and took three wickets for eight runs. In this, he also bowled two maiden overs.
