At the same time, Tope's cabinet colleague and NCP leader Nawab Malik questioned the effectiveness of the lockdown in preventing the spread of the virus. We do not want people to have problems. ”Meanwhile, reiterating the BJP's opposition to any kind of lockdown, the party's state chief Chandrakant Patil said that the state government should first make financial provision for hawkers and workers, Which will be most affected when the lockdown is re-imposed.
