An important decision has been taken between Maharashtra Navnirman Sena and the ongoing tussle in the government on Ajan and Hanuman Chalisa in Maharashtra. The government has ordered that before installing loudspeakers at religious places, permission will have to be taken from the Home Department. According to the latest circular of the Home Department, permission will have to be taken from the Police Commissioner's office to install the speaker from now on. A meeting is to be held between Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil and Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on this issue this afternoon.

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray has given an ultimatum to remove loudspeakers from mosques by May 3. Meanwhile, Nashik Police Commissioner Deepak Pandey said that by May 3, not only mosques but all religious places will have to take permission for loudspeakers installed in their places. After permission, they will be able to play the speaker's only invalid decibels.

Deepak Pandey further said that according to the rules, all mosques, temples, gurudwaras, churches, and other religious places will have to make a written application for the installation of speakers. Strict action will be taken against those who violate this order. There is also a provision of imprisonment from 4 months to one year in this. Nashik commissioner said that we will permit everyone as per the order of the Supreme Court.

Hanuman Chalisa banned within 100 meters of the mosque

Commissioner Deepak Pandey further said that we are keeping a close watch on this issue and at any cost, we will not allow rifts to arise based on religion. Commissioner Deepak Pandey has also said in his new order that playing Hanuman Chalisa will not be allowed within 100 meters of the mosque. If any event is to be organized there, then its permission will have to be taken from the police first. The police team will also be present there during the event of Hanuman Chalisa.

MNS workers will not be able to play speaker

Police Commissioner Deepak Pandey said that the workers of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena do not have the right to read Hanuman Chalisa by placing the speaker within 100 meters of the mosque. We will not allow any kind of rift to arise in society. Their aim is only to create social and religious discord. According to the new order of Nashik Police, playing Hanuman Chalisa, hymn, song, or speaker has been banned for 15 minutes before the prayer and 15 minutes after the end of the prayer in 100 meters area of the mosque.

Section 144 in Amravati after flag-planting controversy

Section 144 has been imposed in Achalpur and Paratwada areas today after the controversy started over the installation and removal of the flag at the groom's gate of Amravati. After this dispute on Sunday, 16 people have been arrested in this case on Monday morning. A case has also been registered against 35 people in the same case. Police forces have been deployed in Achalpur since late Monday night and only those who come out for essential workers are being allowed to assemble. In a statement issued by the District Magistrate, it has been said that the situation remains normal for the time being.

There was fierce fighting and stone-pelting between two groups for removing the flag at around 10 pm on Sunday. The matter was settled after the intervention of the police. Because of the possibility of escalation in the dispute, the police took precautionary measures and imposed Section 144.
