Slogans of Khalistan Zindabad in Dharamshala: World Cup match is to be organized in Dharamshala. But even before the match, mischievous elements have tried to spoil the atmosphere in Dharamshala.
Before organizing the match, slogans of Khalistan Zindabad were raised in Dharamshala. Questions have been raised on the security arrangements here due to mischievous elements writing slogans of Khalistan Zindabad with spray paint outside the office of the Jal Shakti Department in Dharamshala.
Earlier, slogans were also written on the walls of the assembly complex.
Five World Cup matches are to be held in Dharamshala, hence tight security arrangements have been made here. Despite this, many questions have been raised due to the writing of anti-national slogans by mischievous elements.
A few years ago, slogans of Khalistan Zindabad were written on the walls of the assembly complex located at Tapovan, the responsibility for which was taken by Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. In this context, the police had arrested two accused from Punjab.
Police busy searching for miscreants
On Tuesday evening, when some people saw the slogan written on the wall, they informed SP Shalini Agnihotri. The security lapse before the World Cup match is raising many questions. Police personnel have been deployed here to handle security. SP Shalini Agnihotri says that the matter has come to her notice. The Police are investigating. Those doing so will be caught. Dharamshala is about 250 km from the state capital.
Police taking legal action
Police said the investigation is ongoing and have also asked locals not to feel threatened by the posters. The officer said that this was an act of mischievous elements. We are taking legal action against it. He also said that Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) released footage of the inscription, which is considered pro-Khalistan.
