Tomorrow, ie May 1, 2021, the third phase of vaccination will begin. During this period, people above 18 years of age will be vaccinated from tomorrow. Registration has also started on the Cowin app and Arogya Setu app. At the same time, the vaccination program has been stopped in most states due to a lack of vaccines. According to the latest report, this vaccination campaign has been stopped in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh. These states have said that vaccination for 18+ is being stopped due to lack of vaccine and lack of complete preparation, as well as many other reasons. Vaccination has been stopped in Maharashtra capital Mumbai for three days due to lack of vaccine.

Over 2.45 crore beneficiaries register

Explain that more than 2.45 crore beneficiaries have registered for the third phase vaccination. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare reported that over 1.37 crore beneficiaries were registered on 28 April, while more than 1.04 crore were registered on 29 April.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister also raised the issue of vaccine deficiency

At the same time, the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh also wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi apprised of the lack of vaccine in the states. In the letter, he wrote that due to lack of vaccine, the economically weaker sections among the 18 above people should be vaccinated first, starting tomorrow. According to the report, State Health Minister TS Singhdev had said that vaccination will start from May 1 if the vaccine is available even by April 30.

The situation is not clear in Bihar

Even in Bihar, it is not clear whether vaccination will start for people between 18 and 45 years from tomorrow. The number of people aged between 18 and 45 here is 50 million 47 lakhs. The state has complete preparation to apply the vaccine, but the status of vaccination is not clear. The order has been placed for 10 million doses of Covishield. The state government will determine the number of vaccinations based on the number of doses available in a month. Preparations are on to set up eight thousand vaccination centers.

CM said this about applying 18+ vaccine in Delhi

If we talk about the capital Delhi, then Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has clearly said that the state has not got the vaccine yet. CM said that further information will be given as soon as the vaccine arrives. The Chief Minister has asked the people not to take the lines yet. The Chief Minister said that two companies are vaccinated. Both companies have been placed orders for 67-67 lakh vaccines, which will come in three months. In such a situation, within the next few days, the state will be able to get 3 lakh vaccines. The Chief Minister requested all the people that the people should not rush the vaccination center unnecessarily.
