The Gwalior Bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has stayed the B.Sc Nursing second-year examination being conducted across the state. This ban has been imposed after the forgery of nursing colleges and the timetable of nursing examinations issued by Jabalpur University of Medical Sciences. Along with this, the High Court has summoned the Controller of Examinations of Medical University on January 4 with documents in this matter. Along with this, an order has also been issued to shield the answer sheets of the examinations which have been conducted on December 1 and 6.
In fact, on September 19, an order was issued by the Jabalpur University of Medical Sciences. It was said in this that the second year examination of B.Sc Nursing is being conducted in 2022. In this examination, the students of some nursing colleges are not able to appear in the examination due to a lack of affiliation and enrollment. The university is conducting this examination for such colleges and their students. In such a situation, the petitioner has brought to the notice of the court the cheating of nursing examinations in the past and the latest order. Only after this, the court has given a stay on the examinations. Petitioner's counsel Umesh Bohre pointed out that there was no clarity after the university's order. Many students were facing difficulties. He has got immediate relief from this order.
