IIM Ahmedabad Placement: Summer placement of IIM Ahmedabad concluded, 146 companies participated, and 396 students selected

IIM Ahmedabad Placement: The summer placement process for MBA Class 2024 of the Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Management at IIM Ahmedabad has been completed. Firms from multiple domains participated in the summer placement virtually in groups of three with all the students placed in groups of more than 20. A total of 396 students got selected under the summer placement process. This year 101 students submitted over 265 dream applications. This gave the students the option to make a career in the fields of their choice.

 

IIM Ahmedabad Placement: Cohort Placement System

146 firms participated in the summer placement process in 2022 with 200 different roles. The firms were divided into groups based on the profile offered, and groups of students were invited to the campus in different groups. As in previous years, students were provided with the facility to apply for dream applications to firms of their choice in the latter, irrespective of whether there is an offer in hand. Under this, 101 students submitted more than 265 dream applications.

 

IIM Ahmedabad Placement: 44 new recruiters joined this year

Professor Ankur Sinha, Chairman, of Placement Cell, IIM Ahmedabad, said, “This year we have completed the summer placement process in hybrid mode, during which offers were made to all students across multiple sectors and industries. This year once again saw an increase in participation. Several firms and diversity of job roles compared to previous years. IIM Ahmedabad saw 44 new recruiters join the placement process this year, including Pidilite, RTP Global, Aliens Group, L\'Oreal, Times Bridge, Audify, Suzuki, ArcelorMittal, and Nippon Steel, among others.
