Nowruz 2023: Google made Nowruz's Doodle, best wishes to Parsis; depicts the theme of spring

Google has congratulated Nowruz 2023 by making a doodle. Actually, the people of the Parsi community celebrate Nowruz every year on the first date of the first month of the Parsi calendar. This year Nowruz is falling on March 21, 2023 and the people of the Parsi community are celebrating their new year.

According to information, the festival of Nowruz is a symbol of faith for the Parsi community. Nowruz is derived from two Persian words Nowr and Ruz, which means 'new day'. Google has made a doodle on the occasion of Nowruz. The doodle depicts the beautiful theme of spring season featuring beautiful spring flowers like tulips, hyacinths, daffodils and Ophrys apifera in the artwork.

 

The festival is being celebrated for 3000 years

The festival of Nowruz has been celebrated for the last 3,000 years among the people of the Parsi community. Nowruz is also known as Jamshedi Nowruz, Nowruz, Pateti. Nowruz is also known as Jamshedi Nowruz because the name of the great Persian king who started the solar reckoning in the Parsi calendar was Jamshed.

 

Nowruz is celebrated in many countries

The festival of Nowruz is celebrated in many countries with significant Persian cultural influence, including Iran, Iraq, India, Afghanistan and much of Central Asia. On this day people wake up early in the morning and clean their houses. Also, on the occasion of Nowruz, people wear new clothes and also donate to the needy.
