
New Delhi, March 31 (IANS) It was a sunny Tuesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling at 19 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
The Met office has forecast a partly cloudy Tuesday.
"The day will be partly cloudy and there was mist in the morning," said an India Meteorological Department official.
The maximum temperature would hover around 31 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8 a.m. was recorded 85 percent.
There were traces of rain in some parts of the city.
Monday's minimum temperature was recorded at 18.9 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average and the maximum temperature was 28.3 degrees Celsius, four degrees below the season's average.
