Patients crossed 72 million; In 24 hours 63 thousand infected grew, 73 thousand people recovered; Highest death of comorbid infected so far

The number of corona patients in the country has crossed 72 lakh. More than 9 crore people have been screened. Of these, 72 lakh 37 thousand 82 people have been found infected. In the last 24 hours, the report of 63 thousand 520 people came positive.

 

It is a matter of relief that the recovery rate is also increasing continuously. So far 87% ie 62 lakh 98 thousand 695 people have been cured. On Tuesday, 73 thousand 903 people were discharged. At the same time, 11.69% are active cases. Meaning such patients who are currently being treated. They are either hospitalized or undergoing treatment at home. The highest 25% of active cases are in Maharashtra, 13% in Karnataka and 11% in Kerala.

 

So far 1 lakh 10 thousand 617 people have lost their lives due to infection. 723 deaths have occurred in the last 24 hours. According to data from the Union Health Ministry, the highest number of patients who lost their lives were comorbid. Meaning patients who already had other serious diseases like cancer, sugar, heart or breath. Death rate is 1.53%. 17.9% of these patients were comorbid.

 

Hope to get more vaccine in new year: Dr. Harsh Vardhan

 

Good news for the country. The Corona vaccine is undergoing rapid development. Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said on Tuesday that it is expected that as soon as the new year begins, the corona vaccine will be available in the country through more than one source. Work has started on its distribution planning across the country. It is expected that by July 2021, we will be able to provide vaccines to 20-25 crore people by providing 40-50 crore doses of vaccine in the country.

The Railway Ministry has approved running 196 pairs of Festival Special trains from 20 October to 30 November. For this, proposals were sent to the Ministry from different zonal railways.

 

Maharashtra Police said that 55 policemen were found to be Corona positive in the last 24 hours and 2 policemen died during treatment. So far 2,130 people have been found infected while 262 jawans have died.

 

The ICMR DG said that so far two reintegration cases have been reported in India. There are 24 such cases in the whole world. He said that so far the WHO has also not set any standards for the refinement case. In some places, such cases are being taken as per 90 days and in some places 100 days. A 100-day cut-off has been kept in India.

 

There have been 1 million cases in the country in the last two weeks. However, the average number of infected people exposed in 24 hours has now risen to between 72 and 74 thousand. Two weeks ago, more than 90 thousand cases were reported every day.

1. Madhya Pradesh

 

On Tuesday, 1463 new cases were reported in the state, 1708 people were cured and 26 patients died. 24.5 lakh people have been screened so far. Of these, 14 thousand 661 patients are currently being treated, while 1 lakh 32 thousand 429 people have been cured. 2671 patients have died due to infection.

 

2. Rajasthan

 

Within the last 24 hours, 2035 people were found infected in the state, 1,768 people recovered and 14 patients died. Corona investigation of 33.9 lakh people has been done so far. Among them 1 lakh 63 thousand 219 people were found infected. At present, there are 21 thousand 924 patients who are being treated, while 1 lakh 39 thousand 616 people have been cured. 1679 patients have died due to infection.

 

3. Bihar

 

In the last 24 hours, 1223 people from the state were found to be Corona positive. 1030 people recovered and 6 patients died. So far, 1 lakh 98 thousand 223 people have been found infected. Of these, 10 thousand 638 patients are currently being treated, while 1 lakh 76 thousand 623 people have been cured. So far 961 patients have died due to infection.

 

4. Maharashtra

 

On Tuesday, less than 10 thousand patients were found in the state for the second consecutive day. In the last 24 hours, 8522 people reported positive. The good thing is that the number of people recovering was 15 thousand 356. There were 187 patients who died. So far, 77.6 lakh people have been screened in the state. Among them 15 lakh 43 thousand 837 people were found infected. Right now 2 lakh 5 thousand 415 patients are under treatment, while 12 lakh 97 thousand 252 people have been cured. So far, 40 thousand 701 people have died due to infection.

 

5. Uttar Pradesh

 

On Tuesday, 2957 new patients were found in the state, 3.662 people recovered and 28 patients died. So far, 12 million people have been screened. Among them, 4 lakh 42 thousand 118 were found infected. At present, 38 thousand 82 patients are under treatment, while 3 lakh 97 thousand 570 people have been cured. The infection killed 6466 people.
