It is worth noting that the Center had reduced the prices of petrol and diesel about one and a half months ago. The Center had reduced excise duty by Rs 8 and Rs 6 on petrol and diesel, respectively. After this, the Maharashtra government also decided to reduce the prices of petrol and diesel.
Let us tell you that at present, the price of petrol in Mumbai on Thursday (July 14) is Rs 111.35 / liter. But now it will be reduced to Rs 106.35 / liter. Similarly, diesel is currently priced at Rs 97.28/liter in Mumbai. From now on it will be available at the rate of Rs 94.28 / liter.
