Rekha Gupta Attack: The attacker was doing recce for 24 hours... video surfaced; Minister Pravesh Verma said this

A new revelation has been made in the case of the attack on Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. Delhi Minister Pravesh Sahib Singh said on Wednesday that the accused of attacking Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was doing a recce of her residence for the last 24 hours and was planning to meet the Chief Minister.

 

He said that the accused had reached the residence of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta in Shalimar Bagh for recce. He said that the accused spent the night near her residence and attacked her during the public hearing.

Pravesh Sahib Singh said that "Now it has come to light that the person was doing recce for 24 hours to find a way to meet the Chief Minister. He had done a recce till the house of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta in Shalimar Bagh.

 

On Tuesday, he spent the night in the nearby Civil Lines area, and when he came this morning, he did not have any papers. There was no such case, and he attacked as soon as he met her.

 

The Delhi minister said that Chief Minister Rekha Gupta meets 2000 people daily during Jan Sunwai without any tight security and told that the police is investigating the matter and further information will be given on that basis.

 

He said, "After a long time, Delhi has got a Chief Minister who was conducting Jan Sunwai program at her home daily. 1000-2000 people used to come from Delhi-NCR every day. She used to meet everyone and listen to their problems without any restrictions or security. Whatever has happened today is highly condemnable. We have just met the Chief Minister. She is injured and her medical treatment is ongoing.

 

CCTV footage surfaced

 

At the same time, CCTV footage has also surfaced in the case, in which the accused Rajesh is seen doing a recce of Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta's residence in Shalimar Bagh on August 19.
