The case of teacher Manisha's death has once again taken a new turn. Calling the police's claim of Manisha's death as a suicide false, the villagers opened a front against the administration on Tuesday morning. The Panchayat in Dhani Laxman announced that Manisha's body will not be cremated until justice is received, and the case should be investigated by the CBI. After which, late on Tuesday night, CM Saini announced that the CBI will investigate the Manisha murder case.

He wrote on the social media platform X, 'The state government and the police administration are working with full seriousness and transparency to get justice for our daughter Manisha of Bhiwani and her family. I myself am constantly taking reports of this case. Based on the demand of the family, the Haryana government is going to hand over this case to the CBI for a fair investigation. Complete justice will be done in this case.'

Earlier on Tuesday, the villagers sealed Dhani Laxman from all sides. The roads were blocked by placing trees and bricks. As a precaution, the school was also kept closed. A large number of women also sat in the Panchayat with sticks. Seeing the tension increasing, the administration deployed a police team outside the village and shut down internet services in Bhiwani and Charkhi Dadri districts for two days. Rohtak Range IG also reached Bhiwani and said that the police will investigate scientifically. The entire area has been converted into a cantonment.

My daughter can never commit suicide: Sanjay

Manisha's father, Sanjay, said that my daughter can never commit suicide. I have faith in her. The administration is saying that she has committed suicide. I do not believe that my daughter will commit suicide. The entire medical team showed that she had committed suicide. I say that she did not commit suicide. I want justice for my daughter. This video was made and released by Sanjay himself.

Sarvkhaap is not satisfied with the police theory

Sarvkhaap held a mahapanchayat at Baba Swami Dayal Dham in Charkhi Dadri on Tuesday and expressed disagreement with the police theory. Under the chairmanship of Phogat Khap chief Suresh Phogat, the Khap officials decided to support the victim's family and form an 11-member committee of prominent people of the district.

New committee formed, said - will put up a permanent front

On Tuesday, villagers formed a seven-member new committee in Dhani Laxman. The villagers announced that until Manisha's killers are arrested, they will not cremate the body and will put up a permanent front. The committee had submitted a memorandum to the SDM of Loharu demanding a CBI inquiry and a post-mortem of the body from AIIMS.

Highway jam in Jind removed by a lathi charge

School and college students, angry over no action being taken in Manisha's death case, blocked the Delhi-Patiala National Highway in front of Narwana bus stand for one and a half hours on Tuesday. Traffic came to a halt on both sides. Seeing the situation going out of control, the police removed the protesters by lathi charge.

Father said - I agreed to the last rites under pressure

Manisha's father, Sanjay, expressing satisfaction over the police investigation, agreed to the last rites late at night, but Sanjay's video on social media on Tuesday morning changed the whole story. Manisha's father said that the administration had formed a committee, and the committee had pressured me to perform the last rites. He said that the committee was dissolved on Monday night itself, and now the villagers have taken over the reins themselves. Crowds of people started gathering in the village from Tuesday morning, and all roads were closed so that the body could not come to the village. Many farmer leaders, including Suresh Koth, also supported the Panchayat held in Dhani Laxman.

Villagers announced to set up a permanent front

In the case of teacher Manisha's death, the seven-member committee formed in Dhani Laxman on Tuesday, and the villagers had announced that the last rites of the body will not be performed until Manisha's killers are arrested, and they will stand firm by setting up a permanent front. During this, a seven-member committee submitted a memorandum to Loharu SDM Manoj Dalal demanding a CBI inquiry into the teacher's death and a post-mortem of the body from AIIMS.

Here, in view of the public outrage over Manisha's death, the administration has called in additional police force from other districts, including Bhiwani. A large number of police have been deployed in the Dhigawamandi Rest House and surrounding areas since Tuesday morning.

These are included in the seven-member committee

A seven-member committee has been formed once again in Manisha's death case. It includes Maman, Master Mahabir, Sarpanch Jaisingh, former Sarpanch Shambhu, Virendra Jangra, Mukesh Swami, and former Sarpanch Anant Ram. This new committee will now lead the case.

The committee will only lead, will not make any decision alone: Chadhuni

Here, farmer leader Gurnam Singh Chaduni, who reached Dhani Laxman, clarified that the seven-member committee formed will only lead. No decision will be taken alone. If the administrative officers want to talk, the committee will listen to them but the final decision will be taken only with the consent of the villagers. Shocking revelation from the viscera report Teacher Manisha, a resident of Dhani Laxman in Bhiwani, Haryana, died of pesticide poisoning. After receiving the viscera test report from Sunaria Lab late on Monday evening, Superintendent of Police Sumit Kumar said that according to the doctors' report, Manisha died of pesticide poisoning. Traces of pesticides have been found in Manisha's body. Earlier on Monday, the police claimed to have found Manisha's suicide note five days after her body was found. The police also claimed that before her death, Manisha had bought pesticide from a shop on August 11, which has been confirmed. On the basis of the conversation with the doctors and the report, the SP said that the situation has become clear on four points. In this, first, traces of pesticide have been found in Manisha's viscera report. Secondly, no semen was found on her body, which ruled out rape. Thirdly, no acid or chemical was found on Manisha's face. The SP also said that Manisha's body parts disappeared only after her death. They were eaten by wild animals. The handwriting of the suicide note found near Manisha's body has been matched with her handwriting.
