PM Modi to visit West Bengal, will issue a book, commemorative coin, and postage stamps related to his letters on the birth anniversary of Netaji

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Kolkata on January 23 to address the 'Parakram Divas' function on the occasion of the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. The Prime Minister will preside over the opening ceremony of the 'Parakram Divas' function at the Victoria Memorial in Kolkata. To honor and remember Netaji's indomitable spirit and selfless service to the nation, the Government of India has decided to celebrate January 23 every year as 'Parakram Divas'.

 

 

On this occasion, PM will inaugurate a permanent exhibition and a projection mapping show on Netaji. A commemorative coin and postage stamp will also be released by the Prime Minister, a cultural program based on Netaji's theme "Amra Nutan Zobneri Dot" will also be organized.

 

 

Before the event, the Prime Minister will visit the National Library, Kolkata, where an international conference "Re-visiting the legacy of Netaji Subhash in the 21st Century" and an art camp has been organized, during which the Prime Minister will be the artists and participants of the conference. Will communicate with

 

 

PM Modi will go to Sivasagar in Assam

 

 

In the morning before the tour of West Bengal, PM Modi will go to Sivasagar in Assam, Prime Minister Sivasagar will distribute 1.06 lakh land leases allocation certificates in Assam. Keeping in mind an urgent need to protect the land rights of the indigenous people of the state, the Assam government re-emphasized to protect the land rights of the indigenous people with a new land policy.

 

 

Issuance of lease allotment certificates for indigenous people of Assam has been given top priority to create a sense of security among them. Assam had 5.75 lakh landless families in 2016. The current government has distributed 2.28 lakh land leases certificates since May 2016. The ceremony on 23 January is the next step in this process.

 

 

Let me tell you that elections are going to be held in West Bengal as well as Assam this year, so this visit of PM Modi is considered very important.
