Sources said that Dr. BN Panchbuddhe and the team of trainers had contacted the Bagalkot district administration and the office of the Superintendent of Police, New Delhi, following which the process was facilitated.

They grow up to 72 centimeters and weigh between 20 and 22 kilograms.
