Political turmoil in Pakistan: Imran convenes cabinet meeting, will also address the country; Amidst the celebration of the opposition, the army kept silence

Imran Khan has had to face the Supreme Court on the issue of dismissal of the no-confidence motion and the dissolution of the National Assembly. Soon after this, Imran Khan has called a cabinet meeting today i.e. on Friday. After this, he will once again address the country in the evening. Imran gave this information by tweeting on Thursday night. On the other hand, the opposition has said that it is celebrating victory.

After a 4-day hearing in the Pakistan Supreme Court regarding the political drama, the court said on Thursday night – both dismissing the no-confidence motion and dissolving the National Assembly were illegal. Prime Minister Imran Khan does not have the right to ask the President to dissolve the Parliament. After the court's decision, the leaders of Imran's party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) held a meeting at Imran's house.

Imran Khan does not want to conflict with the court

PTI sources said- After the Supreme Court's decision on Thursday, a meeting of party leaders was held at Imran Khan's house. It has been decided in this that PTI will not make it a point of confrontation under any circumstances. We will present our side in front of the people and will tell that this entire conspiracy was hatched by the opposition with the help of America. If necessary, that letter will also be brought in front of the public, which was waved by Imran in the Islamabad rally on 27 March. The party will not allow itself to look weak under any circumstances. This time tickets will be given very thoughtfully in the elections.

Nawaz's address may be in an opposition rally

The preparation of the opposition is that they take out a rally in Islamabad. After this, its leaders will talk to the media in turn. Nawaz Sharif may address this rally through video conferencing from London.

Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, chief of the opposition coalition, says that his alliance will not allow Imran Khan's party to come to power in any of the four provinces of the country. Rehman said- Supreme Court's decision is the victory of democracy and the defeat of dictatorship. Nothing more than that. We don't stay there should be democracy in this country.

After the decision of the Supreme Court, the army remained silent.

The military experiment that brought Imran Khan to power has failed. According to Pakistani media sources, the army is also happy with the Supreme Court's decision as Imran's policies were proving to be dangerous for him. Ever since Khan started taking the name of America, the army had started worrying about itself. The distance between General Bajwa and Imran started increasing in October last year.
