Poonam Pandey: Will action be taken against Poonam for creating a death drama? Demand for FIR on charges of spreading fake news

The news of actress Poonam Pandey's demise has shocked everyone. Last Friday, his manager had given the news of his death through the official Instagram handle. Now the actress has revealed that she has not passed away. While sharing a video on Instagram, Poonam has informed about her survival. After this, action is being demanded against the actress.

 

Amidst all the controversies related to the alleged death of model Poonam Pandey and after an acquaintance claimed that her body was in Pune. Publicist Flynn Remedios, through a post on X, has requested Mumbai Police to look into the case of actress Poonam's alleged death. He has said that the news of the actress's death due to cervical should be found out and after investigation, if any criminal case is made out then file an FIR under the Indian Penal Code as well as other appropriate sections of the IT Act and for doing a publicity stunt.

Remedios also said that if the police do not take any action then he will approach the appropriate court. "This publicity stunt is a clear case of fake news on a large scale and action must be taken," he said. A criminal case is pending against Poonam at the Canacona police station for obscenity in South Goa. Remedios said he is out on bail in that case and that local police in Canacona are unaware of his whereabouts.

 

Let us tell you that on Friday, the manager of actress Poonam Pandey was informed about her death. The manager revealed that he left the world on the night of February 1 after a battle with cervical cancer. Meanwhile, many celebs including Rahul have called Poonam's death fake and also asked questions to the fans. Now after this news came out, Poonam is being trolled heavily on social media.
