
The ritual of the consecration of Ramlala at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple will start on Tuesday and will continue till January 21. The statue of Ramlala will be installed on the designated seat in the sanctum sanctorum on January 18. The present idol worshiped for the last 70 years, will also be kept in the sanctum sanctorum of the new temple. Champat Rai, General Secretary of Janmabhoomi Temple Trust, made public the complete details of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony on Monday.
Champat Rai said minimum methods will be required on January 22. The main ritual of Pran Pratishtha will begin at 12:20 pm in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This puja will last for about 40 minutes. After this, PM Modi, CM Yogi, and Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat will give messages for about 75 minutes. Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, President of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will give blessings. For the ceremony, guests will have to enter the Ramjanmabhoomi complex by 10:30 am. Eight thousand chairs are being installed in the temple premises. In the festival, Ramlala will be felicitated with 25 musical instruments from different states of the country.
Rai said the time of Pran Pratishtha has been decided by the famous Vedic Acharya Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid of Kashi and under the direction of Acharya Laxmikant Dixit of Varanasi, 121 Vedic Acharyas will perform the entire ritual. Saints and religious leaders of more than 150 traditions and more than 50 tribals, mountain dwellers, coastal dwellers, islanders, and tribal people will be present at the festival. More than 500 people (engineer group) associated with the construction of the temple will also participate.

January 21 - Mid-day stay, evening bed stay
Yogiraj's statue will be installed
Champat Rai said that the statue made by Mysuru sculptor Arun Yogiraj has been selected to be installed in the sanctum sanctorum. The new statue is made of Shyam Shila and weighs between 150 to 200 kg. Lord Ram is depicted in the idol as a five-year-old boy.
Mars sound will resonate from 25 instruments
Rai said, that before the consecration of life, the Mangal sound will be resonant. This Pratistha Mahotsav will be held in Ayodhya with the auspicious playing of 25 prominent and rare musical instruments from different states.
Darshan will remain closed on 20-21 January
